Here it is - the other SDP, the Sticky Date (and Pecan) Pie. Fusion of date, nut and pie in a non-pudding format. Yummers.
In other news, we just discovered our first source of SDP in Vancouver, Nu on Granville Street: "Matt's Famous Sticky Toffee and Date Pudding (with warm butterscotch sauce). Looking forward to it!

The pie was yummy. Maybe not as good as previous sticky date puddings, but an interesting 'fusion'.
